Until recently, LI/SX gearbox endplates were unavailable as a new spare part ever since Serveta stopped production.

The only other tyre commonly available are the later GP ones with the built-in kickstart ramp. Many tuners try to avoid these because the constant bashing of the kickstart shaft on the endplate puts additional strain on the endplate studs.

This new endplate from Casa Performance was originally designed for the CasaCase, but it follows the Innocenti drawings and fits in any S1, S2, S3, GP DL or Serveta engine.

The Casa Performance endplate includes these novel features:

  • CNC-machined from high-grade billet steel rather than cast.
  • 4 – rather than 2 extraction – holes so it is now possible to extract evenly using two holes on opposite sides of the gear cluster.
  • Tapered ends to the dowel holes – rather than peened ends – so the supplied dowels are held more securely.

The endplate is supplied without the needle bearing bush or layshaft needle bearing M208z.

The endplate is priced at EUR €88.00 (GBP £76.10) and you can buy the Casa Performance Endplate here.
