The Kymco AK 550 made its UK debut at the Motorcycle Trade Expo earlier this month and will be arriving in Kymco dealerships in February. The good news about us Brits having to wait a bit longer than the rest of Europe for them to arrive is that Malossi has already developed tuning parts for the scooter.
Malossi Wild Lion Exhaust
The Wild Lion is road legal, manufactured from stainless steel in black, with a carbon fibre end cap and removable decibel killer. It can be supplied either as a full system or slip-on end can.
Torque Driver
The Malossi torque driver has been designed with recalculated pivot grooves to provide consistent transmission load across the rev range, minimising the power dip during low-speed acceleration. The torque driver should be fitted with a Malossi variator for the best performance increase.
02 controller
The Malossi 02 controller connects between the lambda sensor and CDI to convert and modify the signals in order to give the optimal air to fuel ratio. This leads to an increase in performance across the rev range.
