Taking our intentions for Moment in Time and twisting them to the max in order to promote his club’s Vespa Day is SLUK’s new mate from Holland, Edwin from the Vespa Cowboys of Breda: a club that has now grown to have chapters in several countries around the world. Edwin describes himself as the club’s Instagram manager, which seems quite a claim until you understand that they have 56,000 followers on social media!
As someone who has travelled to Holland many times by scooter it amazes me to find that there are so many highly-active scooter clubs all over the world that we’d never even heard of before. This is the power of the internet!

Every year there is a Vespa Day Breda around the end of May.
Gusti Factory, who is also in the Club, is the ideas man behind this great event. Gusti Factory is also the name of an Italian ijs saloon (ice-cream parlour) that’s the place where we start the Rally. We will ride in and around the city Breda.
After buying a Go-pro hero 4 Black Edition I wanted to make a Vespa day movie like real Go-pro movies are made now. There are incredible videos shot with Go-Pro that look so professional. The big thing is that our chapters in Indonesia will help me out.
The other Chapters will also shoot their own footage with Go-Pro. After that I have the incredible job to make one great big movie file from all this material that can be watched probably some time in June.
After 2 years at the main chapter Breda they asked me to be at the new chapter at my own region. For sure I wanted to go with the new chapter Vespa Cowboys t’Heike.
