This weekend (9th-10th September) sees us heading back to Teesside for the third and final round of this year’s British Scooter Endurance Racing championships.

SLUK Racing

For the first time this season we’ll have a full SLUK Racing team in attendance (date clashes with rallies messed the first two events up for me and Shaun). Last time out in July we drafted in Scott Swarbrick to fill a pair of boots and SLUK lead the race for the first six hours until a crank failure forced us to retire prematurely in the eight-hour event.

Luckily we’d already started getting the parts together for a brand new Quattrini engine and Sticky has finished building that over the last week. Fingers crossed we don’t have too many teething issues and we make the finish this weekend.
