Fancy a weekend of scooters, sun and racetrack fun at a brand new event in Italy?
This coming September 16-17th the classic formula for mixing a scooter rally and race meeting (Like DISC ’85 and Stoneheads SC Run & Race) gets transported to the Adriatic coast of Italy as one of the European Scooter Cup (ESC) rounds. The event is not only expected to attract the fastest scooters from Italy and mainland Europe, but following a presentation at the BSSO AGM it is expected that quite a few UK teams will make the effort to attend.
Organistation for the racing is being handled by the ESC while the rally events are being handled by Italian scooterist umbrella organisation SIR. The event is being promoted by Parmakit, Rimini Lambretta Centre and Casa Lambretta.
The Pomosa circuit is right by the sea and offers camping in the week allowing people to build a holiday around the event.
