It’s good news as far as customers, dealers and early Scomadi owners are concerned. In a joint statement issued today, it was announced that
“All proceedings between Scomadi, Royal Alloy and the various other parties relating to the recent litigation has now come to an end. Both sides are pleased to say that the parties have now resolved their differences and will continue to develop their own businesses going forward under the terms of the settlement.
We can now collectively confirm that all valid warranty claims and requirements for the supply of spare parts for scooters previously manufactured in China for Scomadi will be honoured in a timely fashion.
Both ’sides’ are satisfied that matters are now resolved and do not propose to make any further comment.”
