‘Going dogging’ takes on a whole new meaning

There’s really not a lot to say about this one.

 

Here in Europe we have governments that don’t want to let us on two-wheels unless we dress like a light-house, while in the Philipines we have fellas riding around merrily on the back of a scooter piloted through a city by his pet pooch. Not a bit of safety gear on him, although sensibly he’s given the dog some natty shades.

 

Still, I bet the sunglasses don’t meet the correct standards for UV-radiation. Now that’s just plain reckless…
