Sticky and Scooter Products kindly gave us two signed copies of the latest bumper edition of the world famous ‘The Complete Spanner’s Manual: Lambretta Scooters – Third Edition’ to give away in our recent competition. You can tell we asked our readers to actually put a bit of effort in to enter this one, our entries were well down on usual. Lazy gits!

Anyway, we asked for things you’d like to see more of on SLUK, so we’re either getting a good mixture of content or you lot are lazier than I thought. We have picked two winners though, they’ll be getting a book through the post very soon.

If you didn’t win you can still buy a copy from us though, providing, of course, you’re not too tired to PRESS THIS LINK to order one. Every Lambretta owner should have a copy.

The winners

Our two winners comments are posted below for you, both came up with useful ideas that could be used by us in the future. Darryl suggested we publish a quick reference to torque settings, which is a good idea. He also suggested we have a forum, we have toyed with the idea of introducing one, would you use it if we did, or are they old hat?

Pete Stobbart also came up with a couple of useful ideas. Electrics is one of those areas many of us get scared or confused by. Also a start to finish build of a Casa engine could well be a goer at some stage.

Get in touch Darryl and Pete at editorial@ScooterLab.UK and we’ll send your books.
