New BSSO chairman Steve Chapman has used his contacts in the world of Broadcast TV to put together a scooter racing DVD which the organisation will be selling later this year in aid of a charity close to its heart.
Steve explains:
“It was one of my ambitions this year to try and deliver some high quality footage which did our racing justice. I hope we’ll be able to use it to bring more attention to the sport and give really good exposure to our sponsors.
“We’ll be selling copies of the DVD at Cadwell at the end of the month and by post afterwards.
“We used 5 broadcast quality cameras operated by volunteers, plus 3 on-board this time, we could have done with several more, even on a short circuit like Mallory.”
More news when the DVD is released. Keep an eye on the BSSO website.
