Casa Performance are sharing a stand with Lambretta and have unveiled a fair few products at EICMA this morning, including this prototype liquid-cooled SSR265 Scuderia engine. It also features a one-piece rear hub with huge internal rear disc and 2-piston caliper. The world of Lambretta gets more exciting by the week.
Powermaster clutch
Their display engine also features their 7-plate, twelve spring Powermaster clutch. I think you’ll agree it’s a sexy looking package.
Lambretta V-Special
Also on the Lambretta stand is this special edition Lambretta V-Special featuring Casa Performance replica paintwork. Lambretta approached Dean Orton at Rimini Lambretta Centre to commission this replica of Luca Zani’s race scooter. Rimini did a complete rebuild of the bike to emulate the Casa Performance machine and you’ve got to admit it does look good.
Casa Performance have been appointed as the official aftermarket parts supplier for the new Lambretta models.

Interesting stuff right up until the V special
Like the rear disc it’s the 2nd type of internal one i’ve seen but both don’t count out that you’d need to carry 2 spare wheels.Now what i’d like to see is a devolpement of an anti lock front(not dive) duel disc set up.

Why would you carry even one spare with tubeless rims other than for style? You don’t see any motorbikes with spare wheels or auto scooters for that matter. Looks a nice bit of kit though, wonder if it would fit original cases?
