Malossi have just updated their Vespa 210 and 221 kits and included a feature that most Malossi customers will appreciate – a steel bolt-on exhaust stub to replace the aluminium cast stub – a part that wears in use and can’t be replaced.
The new style stub (as seen on the Malossi 178/187cc kits for the PX 125/150) seals to the cylinder with an o-ring and is held in place with a steel flange with 4-bolt mounting. It also has extra holes ready for spring-mounted exhausts.
Versions and availability
The Malossi 210 Sport mark 2 kit costs £330 and the Malossi 221 MHR mark 2 kit costs £360 – both are available now. These will be followed by the Malossi 210 MHR sometime soon.
