Docking in Spain
Along the north Spanish coast – past Eibar (the old Serveta factory).
You probably noticed yesterday that Iggy has left us in the lurch whilst he goes off on holiday, pretending it’s important that he attends Vespa World Days in St Tropez!
To make sure he’s not skiving too much we’ve fitted a Datatool TrakKING device to his Vespa GTS so we can follow his every move. If he shits we’ll know about it in real time. We’ve also set up a guest login so you lot can see what he’s up to. The TrakKING is live now.

Up the mountains to Andorra.
Meeting the Med.
Iggy and crew are just about in St Tropez. If you want to win you need to guess the mileage before Sunday!
Datatool’s Trakking facility even allows you to identify the campsite the poor weary travellers are staying in. To be fair though, you can probably track him by the smell of his socks.

Iggy arrived in St. Tropez last Friday.
6th June
7th June
8th June
On the way up to Paddy Smith’s Sun Run rally
10th June
11th June
12th June
13th-14th June
Heading home 13th-14th June
Loaded to the hilt and two up Iggy will struggle to hit 70mph
Competition time
We’ve partnered up with Datatool in a ‘Guess the skivers mileage’ competition. Iggy only has a loose itinerary for his trip, as you can see from his Touring article yesterday so even he doesn’t know how far the circular trip will be.
We know he’s riding from Nottinghamshire, down to Portsmouth and getting a 24-hour ferry to Santander. After that he’ll spend until Friday June 3rd in Spain before heading to St Tropez for the Vespa World Days event that weekend. After the rally he’ll be doing another five days touring before another scooter rally in Bordeaux. After ‘working’ hard at that rally he’ll be heading north through France for a Le-Havre crossing to Portsmouth and back home again.
Just so there’s no cheating from us, his starting mileage is 5545.
We’ll be announcing our competition winners on Thursday June 16th at 6.30pm…

The rules (Competition now closed)
What you lot have to do is logon and see if you can work out his route, or guess his mileage. Obviously you can’t guess after he gets home so we’ll have a cut off point for June the 7th, he’s still got a weeks worth of riding to do after that. The closest person to his actual recorded mileage will win the Demon Evo alarm worth £89.99, the runner up will win the Croc Lock worth £32.95.
In the event we have more than one winner guessing exactly, or as close as possible the person who guessed the earliest will win. Simples. All you need to do is be logged in to ScooterLab (remember you can login using your Facebook/Twitter or Instagram account now) and comment with your answer in the comments section of this post. You can guess as many times as you like, within reason. The earlier you start the more chance you have of winning….

I reckon 6153 on speedo at the end.
8157 on the clock when finished
He’ll do about 2494 miles……approximately!……& Linsey will take all the best photos on their travels!
he will do 2019 miles of enjoyment
I agree with ts1, he will be close to 2600 miles.
Close to? We need an exact guess.
Les say exact 2600 miles then 🙂
