Yamaha NMAX 125 owners can gain better acceleration with this new Polini Maxi Hi Speed variator kit.
The polished sliding faces of the variator reduce friction to improve roller performance. The bush is manufactured from chrome plated, case-hardened steel which has been tempered and ground for longevity. A large internal grease pocket ensures constant grease distribution and the rollers are made from a multi-fibre Nylon/Aramid construction for better wear and longer life. More importantly they’ve been calibrated for the best power, so there’s no need to have the scooter set up when you fit them – simply fit and play. The kit also comes with a 7% stronger compression spring, which increases the revs on starting.
