These two new offerings from Knox are designed to look good on and off the scooter. The Zephyr combines Knox Lite + CE-approved armour to the shoulders and elbows, as well as a CE-approved back protector. It also comes fully vented for maximum airflow but is tough enough to provide good abrasion resistance – thanks to the high tenacity yet comfortable and stretchy Nylon covering the most vulnerable areas.
Ladies of a certain age will benefit from the mesh panels, it’ll help to stop those troublesome hot flushes.
The Zephyr is available for male and female riders; both are designed to look stylish and are built to the usual high standards we expect from the British company. Although the jacket itself isn’t waterproof (the holes kind of put a stop to that) there’s a separate over jacket available for £49.99. It zips away into a concealed pocket on the men’s jacket and the ladies zips into it’s own little bag to slide neatly over the leather belt.
