We’ve recently been making some changes to the website, these included moving servers and updating our shipping service and things got a little mixed up. Some of you may have seen a security warning when you came to pay (nothing to worry about but the SSL certificate is mended now), then a few customers were overcharged for postage over the last two or three days, if you were you’ll have had the difference refunded this morning.
What’s normal?
Everything should be back to normal again now but if you do experience any problems or things don’t work out as they should at checkout just let us know. As soon as we know there’s a problem we can get it fixed and we’ll always do our best to sort things out.
