We’re back after a longer than usual festive break. Don’t worry though, we were SLUKing rather than slacking last week. We’ve been busy editing some more of the Pinasco 251 build videos, we’ll be bringing you the next part in that series soon.
We’ve also got a factory visit to Italian tuning house BFA. Sticky was there before Christmas and they’ve got some tasty new products to show off. The first part of that feature will be live tomorrow. There may also be some exciting news from BFA for Lambretta riders…
SLUK/Brogue Trader SSR 265 We’ve also got the final part of our long-awaited SLUK SSR 265 project, in fact, this one has taken so long that the original scooter has spawned a Vespa T5 sibling. This is one project/feature that didn’t quite go to plan and took almost four years in the making! Anyway, we’ll be bringing you that soon as well. With a combined horsepower of close to 100 the on board footage of these two scooters will keep any petrol heads happy.
On an ‘appier note, our SLUK app is just undergoing final testing and will be available for FREE DOWNLOAD shortly on both IOS and Android. We’ll bring you the details as soon as we’re happy with it. Like many things, Covid has had an effect on the app development so it’s running about two years late. It will contain all the usual features of the website but in a more condensed, mobile-friendly format.
If you’re a scooter parts manufacturer, tuner or fabricator and have something new to show off we’d love to hear from you. Your product or business could be showcased by us around the world to a much larger scooterist audience than a Facebook post.
