Can you believe we’re just over a week away from the first Easter National in three whole years? Yes, next Friday we’ll be loading the scooters up and heading off to the East Yorkshire resort of Whitby.
The Easter rally has been a scooter event pretty much set in stone since 1980 but Covid came along and wrecked things for us. Not to worry though, it looks like we can make up for lost time in 2022 and party like it’s, errr 2020.
Whitby always proves troublesome for B&B accommodation but there is a campsite run by VFM, so if you can’t get anywhere to stay and fancy chancing the weather under canvas the details are on the flyer below.

Anyway, the point of this post is to get a roll call of names. Let us know if you’re going to Whitby in the comments section below and if you’re riding in a group tell us how many scooters are in your posse. You can’t beat the feeling of riding to the seaside in a group of mates for a weekend of fun. I can taste the two-stroke already!

Wet Whitby scooter rally as it’s known to us Flatlanders. We always stay at the holiday park in a big caravan with 6 of us all riding up together with a few staying in b&bs. Really looking forward to seeing everyone we’ve missed for the past two years it’s gonna be one to remember I can feel it. Oi! Oi!
